Before we jump in—know this: not everything you read here will apply to your circumstances, and not everything will resonate in the same way or at the same depth. That’s expected.
Leadership isn’t about wholesale agreement; it’s about discernment. Take what feels useful. Set aside what doesn’t. And pay special attention to the pieces that make you slightly uncomfortable—the ones that ask for humility, honesty, or a deeper look than you might prefer. Those are often the most instructive.
Leadership is a journey of the obvious and the overlooked. Sometimes growth comes from what’s clearly in front of us; other times it comes from ideas that slip through the cracks until we’re ready to notice them.
Stay open. Question what you think you know. Be willing to challenge what feels settled.
