I ask that you consider this...


“Keeping the peace” is an alluring proposition. You receive an instant reprieve from tension. You can move on from the stress and focus on the positive.


While there are certainly times to “pick your battles” I would challenge you to think how often is this avoidance an unconscious fallback?


Unknowingly, each small allowance often creates a counterbalance of distrust, stress, and resentment. Slowly, quietly, dissolving the fabric of relationships and culture.


So I ask you—what are you avoiding? And what is the long-term cost of that silence?


Leadership isn’t about being comfortable. It’s about being courageous. It’s feeling the fear and doing it anyway—because you’re committed to something greater than your own ease.
